A. Describe and, if possible, name the informing political philosophy
of this Utopia.

There will be a council of 25 people that are the government. During the first few years, before the kids are old enough to work, "The Creators" are The Council so that they can make sure that the society gets off to the right start.

B. Describe the level of participation in the following governmental
1. Choosing/removing leaders

Each person in the council is responsible for choosing their heir. If their heir dies, then they choose a new heir. There are two spots in The Council for elected members. The elected members do not choose heirs. Everyone that has graduated from school in Linpurus is allowed to vote twice during each election. Elections happen whenever someone dies or gets impeached. If only one person died or got impeached, then the villagers only get to vote once. There are no candidates which means that they can vote for whoever they like. If someone is elected and they don't want to be on The Council, then they can refuse the offer.

2. Creating/changing laws

The Council is in charge of creating and changing laws. The majority of The Council has to vote for the new law or new change for it to go into effect.

C. What are the “checks” on governmental power, if any?

The "checks" on governmental power are by the people of Linpurus. If the majority of the population thinks that one or more members of the council are being unfair to the village, then they get impeached. This happens once every three months.

D. How does this government support or suppress the expression of
individual ideas?

Everyone has the chance to follow their dreams for about 10 years. That supports the expression of individual ideas.

E. What are the methods and means of law enforcement and military operations (both peace keeping and war making):
1. At the local level?

At the local level, the only police-like figures in my utopia are the members of The Council.

2. At the national level?

There is no army or anything to defend the society because there are no other societies to defend themselves from.

3. At the international (or global) level?

There is no one else to make a contract or any agreement with.

F. What type, if any, of diplomacy will this Utopia use?

The Council solves all of the conflicts that are created in my Utopia. The council is like the jury in present day courts except that they are allowed to know the people that are in court and they are a permanent jury until they die or get impeached.

G. What type, if any, currency will this Utopia use?

This utopia will not use a currency. They will trade for things instead of buying them.
